At Work Together Foundation (WTFondation), we believe that lasting change begins with compassion and unity. Our mission is to bring hope, happiness, and freedom to children, families, and communities across Africa, with a special focus on the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
Founded by our chairman Asher, WTFondation was inspired by his mother’s lifelong dedication to kindness and service. Her example of love and generosity laid the foundation for what has now become a movement of people working together to make the world a better place.
What We Do
We focus on four key areas of impact:
- Healthcare: Building medical centres, providing life-saving treatments, and improving access to quality health services.
- Education: Opening schools, supporting teachers, and giving children the tools to learn and grow.
- Clean Water: Delivering safe water through wells, filtration systems, and sustainable community solutions.
- Empowerment: Helping women, children, and families gain independence through training, skills, and financial education.
Why We Exist
The DRC and many regions in Africa face enormous challenges: conflict, poverty, lack of access to basic needs, and generations of hardship. Yet, amid these struggles, there is hope. By working together, we can break cycles of poverty, uplift entire communities, and give every child a chance at a brighter future.
Our Vision
We envision a world where no child is denied education, no family is left without healthcare, and no community suffers from thirst or preventable disease. A world where women and young people have the tools to achieve their dreams, and where dignity, opportunity, and justice belong to all.
